Well, yesterday was the first day in 27 years that I was not employed...got in a philosophical disagreement about income/expense ratios with the boss and I found myself bounced out on my ass on Saturday.
All is well though, looks like my old bank wants me back--should be gainfully employed again within the week.
Will probably will take a little time to relax a bit--my unused vacation pay will take me through the middle of October.

CrossJ, give me a shout about my new shipping address when you get done with the Band of Brothers books.

I've put down your new e/m. We need to kill something in October or very early November, if possible. I got an itch. My daughter is having some medical problems which might command some time here coming up, but I'll know more in a week or so.

I will give you a shout in the next week or so--hopefully if this works out I will have a job and not have to go to work till mid-October.

Sorry to here about this Tim, at least it sounds like you wont be unemployed for too long !
Kinda went thru what sounds like, might be a similar situation several years ago, I dont make as much money as then, but I'm happier overall.
If possible do take some time to unwind a little. You probably deserve it.
