Author Topic: Truely Vile Stuff!!!! Kokopelli SENIOR DISCOUNT & Dispenser of Sage Advice Member # 633 posted July 27, 2010 12:41 PM                      This time of year, I drink very little coffee & my wife drinks the stuff even less. A cup now & then while watching an Az. sunrise off of my patio. Messing with the coffee pot for one or two cups is more trouble than it's worth, so I use instant coffee. My favorite instant brand is 'Mountain Blend' & it actually makes a pretty decent cup. At least it does until I run out. Not everybody carries that brand and last week I was shopping at one of the places that don't. That was my first mistake. Mistake number two was deciding to try a jar of "Kava" Acid Neutralized instant coffee. This stuff is the worst tasting, vile, bilge water, excuse for a beverage that I've ever had. I'm serious; if it was a choice between drinking Kava or El Bee's Magic Mist I'd have to think about it. It's that bad. -------------------- And lo, the Light of the Trump shown upon the Darkness and the Darkness could not comprehend it. The stuff I drank out of a vending machine in college would peel powder coat paint, but it called you in like a siren's song. The only thing worse than how it tasted at one end was what it did at the other. -------------------- I am only one. But still, I am one.
