Well, it doesn't have anything to do with trashing or threshing tim, but this is my killer dwarf partially albino Rottweiller, Harley, (Shhhh, don't tell him he isn't one) with a double tree!

He kept barking and raising all manner of hell up the maple tree in the backyard so I went to see what he had treed and damned if I didn't find this...

Now, Harley's never been much of a bird dog, or any other kinda dog for that matter, but he sure was obsessed with that quail, until I realized that this is what he really wanted...

Poor damned tree rat was stuck in that tree for most of four or five hours while Harley patrolled the escape routes. That dog has only gotten hold of two squirrels in his life and managed to tear them up pretty bad. One night, he missed getting a feral housecat by the ass by less than two chomps before it got over the fence. I'm guessing that would have lit a fire in him (or a fear).
The wife doesn't like it when I sic him on "stuff". Gets him all wound up and he tears around the house for hours in a rant. LOL And she sure as hell won't let me take him hunting.
(Alright, let's see how many posts it takes to tangent this bad boy onto something about tim.)

Koko, Harley is packing a .17 Predator on his under carriage there. He also has the ability to spot coyotes at a mile or more, and I would guess with the size of those ears, has the innate ability to discern the db of various noise levels in front of and at the side of various ecallers...sorry Lance you asked for it..
By the way, those are cool pics!

LOL, guys, It might look like he's got the gun, but it ain't got no firing pin. I actually think that if and when a squirrel ever decides to just stop and turn on him, they might both have their nds full, or paws, I guess.
And yes, he does have the dB meter, for sure. No one can even so much as walk down the street without Harley D knowng that someone or something is afoot. Hell, my hearing isn't worth a damn, but if the coyotes that run in this part of town sound off just outside the city limits a half-mile or so away, and we're in the basement watching tv, he's off the sofa and going nuts at the back door.
