First we have someone that thinks the cosmic equilibrium is being damaged by the mere existance of The New Huntmasters. A threat to civilization, as we know it. Apparently, he won't sleep well, unless we close up shop? No alternative suggested. I'm thinking of including some sort of disclaimer; read at your own peril and no refunds! I wasn't going to post this drivel, when I normally would, but we are allowed to change our minds...at least until Obama and the subversive media eliminate that possibility.

Subject: time to shut'er down, Leonard

I just wasted 10 minutes of my life reading the Close Encounters thread and must say, I'm now convinced that you need to shut down HuntMasturbators for good.

Look at the very few who participate on your board: Andy L., Niko-AngerManagement-Nut, Cdog, Tim-Rem17........the very shot list could go on, but you get the picture. The only thing to really complete HM would be to add TC223 Encore and the bawl baby Bayou City Boy from PMS to your entourage of onine losers.

These guys need to get a life and the onus is on you, Leonard, to eliminate HM.......with HM gone, you also eliminate a time wasting opportunity for these clowns. Maybe then this group will move forward in life and accomplish something more then chit chatting on some shitty little forum

I can't lurk HM no mo', Leonard. This present cast of characters say the same crap day after day. Maybe when you all learn how to predator hunt you can all come back online. I'd rather spend my time drinking beer, chasing women and playing pool at the Lincoln Square Lounge here in the middle of Illlinois then lose precious time reading the same crap over and over

Then there is this submission: He's wrong about one thng. I do get letters of appreciation, but seldom share them.

subj: Hey Leonard!

Leonard,

Just wanting to send you a note of thanks for hosting a place that people can speak their minds without fear of retribution! I am sure that by hosting the board you may never hear any positive feedback. I wanted to change that!

Some of the things are over the top, but are good entertainment, and certainly are nothing the son of a redneck oilfield worker hasn’t ever heard before! J

Lots of good knowledge about coyote hunting, much more so than on the other boards I’ve seen. I have called coyotes since I was 17, almost 32 years now, and not a year goes by that those darn little creatures don’t teach me something new! My dad always said to me, ‘When you stop learning, you are dead’, and that applies to my coyote calling as well! Just want an opportunity to soak up more information by being around guys that know more than I do! (TA not withstanding—sorry, shouldn’t have said that! J)

Have an awesome week and keep up the good work!

Best Regards,

You might think I was expecting testimonials, but I wasn't. But, I'm getting a few.

You know, this is not a "for profit" web site. I routinely decline advertising and the reason is what it has done to Predator Masters, for example. They aren't their own masters, they patrol 24/7 looking for any negative comments directed towards their advertizers. I don't know? That has always seemed to be a conflict of interest, for me?

Everybody walks on eggshells, for fear of the moderatorating teams' wrath. I guess some people like a controlled atmosphere?

Should loyalty be towards the advertizers or the membership? It doesn't seem possible to do both, therefore, I continue to pay all expenses myself and answer to no one, regarding content. That has always been my simple philosophy.

Good hunting. LB

Wrong, Spanky; you don't have a life. You lurk here, contributing nothing, and then whine 'cause YOU don't like the place??? It must really suck to be you. I would, however like to extend an invatation to you to attend our next camp-out. I'm sure that a number of people here would like to tell you to 'Get Bent' in person. Surely you're aware of our camp-outs?? It's a very informal gathering of us folks to 'shake & howdey', BS around the campfire & thank Leonard for the thankless work that he does hosting this site and dealing with losers in his inbox.

Just another one of my loyal fans. LOL I make it a rule not to lend much credence to this type of stuff unless the person offering it is big enough to attach his name to his statements. Must not believe in what he has to say if he isn't willing to post it publicly and address those he defames in person.

Ouch! I mean, heck, as a lurker, you've contributed so much. Sure hate to see you go. LOL But, if you must,.... bye.

I would like to point out that my earlier post was not meant to be a slam on lurkers in general. I was a lurker here while I got the feel of the place and decided to jump in. A good friend of mine is a lurker here but not registered for reasons that we have discussed and that I agree with. Others may lurk because they don't feel they have anything to offer. They're probably wrong, but to each their own.

I've been busting caliche for a week now when I should be fishing; when I take a break and see garbage like that from Loser Central I tend to get a wee bit testy.

I rarely post but come here everyday to look and read. I enjoy most post, even the ones I don’t agree with. I posted in this thread to show my support of this board and it’s members. I did not post to kiss ass or make friends.

Keep up the good work Leonard, I have seen several subjects in the past address other boards and see them reply or change in some of their ways or tactics. So there is a need for unbiased uncensored boards to help expose or bring to light things that maybe swept under the rug at other places.

Where do you think all those Moderators on those other sites get all there answers for the Questions they're asked.lol [Roll Eyes]

I'm giving you bootlickers an equal share; 2½ best favorite for 49 and the same for Tom64. (what the hell does the 64 stand for, anyway?) I can't split hairs and cause hard feelings, and a superior attitude, and inferiority on the other hand. Not that there has been any, so spare me the denials. This is in no way a demotion for our favorite Okie, nor is it a promotion for 49, our favorite New Jersite. (is that a word) I will be more careful in my pronouncements, henceforth.

Oh crap, forgot about Geordie! He's actually my favorite.....oh wait, damn! I forgot about Kelly, he's a good ol' boy too. I like Okies, when the hell is somebody going to invite me to dust an Oklahoma turkey? Observation; those Oklahoma toll roads gotta go!

I have a couple more nice emails and no more nasty ones.

Good hunting. LB

Yes, Koko, it means the author is slightly dyslexic, or possibly borderline functionally illiterate. The fact that he refers to us here as HuntMasterbators shows his tendency towards an adolecent outlook at life and a latent predisposition with Leonard's sexuality. Maybe he was so giddy at the thought of getting one up on the guys at HM that he just got in a hurry and forgot to proofread. The fact that he deliberately left the 911 off my webname shows that he feels uncomfortably (for me) familiar with me. That's just my opinion. I may be wrong. Again, must be one of my loyal fans. I get all kinds. Love 'em all. [Wink] Those types help me to really appreciate the good fans all the more.

America is a great place where you're assured the right to express your personal opinions on anything, regardless of how wrong you are.

As far as an Okie turkey, remind me next year (April season) and I'd be glad to let you kill one, if I have any place to hunt em. Give me a good excuse to get out and hunt too.

Quit irritating our chickenshit lurker, Andy. you'll give the place a bad name, eventually.

BTW, he has a name, completely phony. And, by the way, an asshole of his intellectual capacity can be very clever at misspelling words and improper syntax. Guaranteed to give folks in FLY OVER COUNTRY, the wrong idea. & just the kind of thing Rob Krause would do.

Well, that was an interesting read!

I do know more now... This guy is either entirely a phony and hasn't a clue or he's gay and not very bright. Maybe he's all of the above! He claims he likes to play pool at the "Stinkin' Lincoln" but they don't have a pool table and that means the only "Pocket pool" he's probably played there was with his other gay friends. That's a well know "Flamers bar" in Decatur, Illinois if you didn't catch that part.

I do remember a bigmouth named Steve Cassell that was in the IVHA when we first started that organization many years ago. Claimed he hunted coyotes with his 50BMG, might be the same guy or not. It's damn sure one thing... he doesn't know who I am! That's the really fun part! He's probably just a scum sucking road shooter. Seems quite a few of them are showing up around here in Central Illinois.

If he's from Decatur, Illinois I will find him! LOL [Razz] Ya, right... like I even care! Grow up A-Hole!

Nikonut [Big Grin]

Edited for spelling not writing skills... mispelled "A-Hole" !!!!

I also typed with the cap lock on too. Well typed is not the correct word but what do you call hunting for a letter with one finger? My wife got a computer and the internet for her business and I just had to start looking around.

Up until that time I was sure I was one of only a handful of guys in the world who hunted coyotes. And then I found the original Coyote Gods site, it was the truest yet funniest thing I'd ever seen. Then they opened up the forum and I found PM and it's went downhill from there.

But luckily, pup (Jim McGill) told me about this place so here I is.

Funny you should mention that. I talked to the powers that be at PMS. They swear they have no Stve Cassell. First name thta popped in my head was Rob Kraus. Surely he woldnt cuase no cloak and dagger bullshit?

BTW, LB, You and Tom both come up. We will kill some birds and drink some squeezins. I dont hunt turkeys til about 11am or so. The daylight shit hardly ever works. Gotta let the hens set.

Anyway, gives plenty of time for gettin likkered up the night before and a big ole breakfast before goint to chase the simple birds. Hell, we can have a rondy if yall want to. Anyone not afraind to come hunt with a racist asshole. There will be a Klan meeting in the middle. No joke. You without robes and hoods can just observe, but you will have to swear to secrecy ahead of time and no flash photography.

This is kind of a home for wayward PMS and CG members, knda, sorta, in a way?

LB, thanks for opening these doors and keeping them open. There is no doubt I would have been booted from any other predator sight. There are many of us that like to speak our mind, no matter what the outsie pussies think, and you have provided that.

Ive said it before, this is THE premier place on the net. I dont care if anyone admits it or not, but I guarantee every person on every predator board checks in here daily. Whether they got the balls to post is one thing. They may wait for a dustup like Steve Krause does and then post, but most probably dont say a word cause they are afraid of being exposed themselves.

I for one, thank you for providing a place like this. And I thank you for puttin up with my ass. I know I let loose with a lot of stuff that no one else would put up with.

Wrong time of year for fun turkey huntin. April is when you fire up the big gobblers. However, MO has a fall season that runs the whole month of October, and we can hunt coyotes.

You will have to go on to see the okies if you want to hunt turkeys, if they have a fall season, and yotes. We dont have any yotes here.

Posted by TOM64 (Member # 561) on May 25, 2010, 01:12 PM:

No yotes here either, I think they are further south, I here a few texicans talk about them.

We do have a fall turkey season but it's bow only east of I-35 and not much fun. I haven't turkey hunted in several years, even gave up my lease this last year but will work on another spot.

Brad, thanks for the offer, I don't get that excited about turkeys but if ElBee wants to hunt em, between all of us maybe we can get him his limit. (I can still get on my old lease.)

Andy, once you're officialy inducted, there ain't no backin out. I brought it up and I think Geordie seconded it, so it was official.

Posted by TOM64 (Member # 561) on May 25, 2010, 05:01 PM:

But then again, what if ElBee comes down here and after having to kick all the yotes out of the way to shoot a turkey, he likes it and wants to stay?

Let's not get carried away with the "yote" thing. I used the word on one occasion in ten years and right away get hammered for it...and rightly so.

Leases? Don't y'all have any BLM land? You have to pay for a lease, like TEXAS? Boo!

Very little public land but for now I can still talk my way into a few ranches for coyotes. I use to keep a couple of places leased for deer and turkeys but my limited time afield just didn't justify it.

I do have to find a lease closer to home for me and the son in law anyway.

Nah, wasn't him. Turns out, Steve Cassell is an Okie. That's what got him riled, in the first place, you trying to be an honorary Okie, whatever that is? It used to mean something to do with indoor plumbing, but that was last year? I think this is the first time anybody WANTED to be one, unless they had no way to deny it?

If push comes to shove, I can add it to your custom title for $20, up front.

I didn't shoot anyone down boss. Just said something as important as this needs to follow the rules. Just because someone seconds a motion doesn't mean it's approved. All parties must approve. In this case it's the Okies and I haven't hearn from all of 'em.

LB-I usually have to kill coyotes before turkeys because the bastards come running to my turkey calls before the damn turkeys. If you really want a turkey with a few coyotes, come April. If you want to shoot a few coyotes and catch a good football game, come in the fall.

Andy, don't be so sensitive, hon. Brad didn't blackball ya, he just said that he hasn't voted yet since, per Robert's Rules of Order, a motion and a second is followed by a vote of eligible members. Right now, you are shooting yourself in the foot. Rare it is, that anyone desires to be an honorary Okie, so your chances are still pretty good, but let's wait and see how it shakes out, K?

If you guys trust me, I can collect the votes in a mason fruit jar, let them mature for a month or so and announce the results with great joy and fanfare. Or not.

PS, I ain't going to Oklahoma unless I also am awarded the same honor. Just so ya know. I'm sure I would be the first certifiable city boy ever accorded the title? No?

How can you tell one, without opening their mouths, as in this case? I can't imagine anybody claiming to be, but ain't? Kinda like claiming they were abducted by aliens, only different.

Whatever, I vote yes; conditionally. LB

edit: wait! stupido! We agreed to abide by Pobert's. The chair doesn't have a vote.

I am still working out of Lafayette and they say cause of my boiled crawfish eating ability I have been made a coonass honoree.

So what the heck. I’m in.

alright, we can fold that in. State your ammendment; is it to allow coon asses a vote, or do you want TWO votes?

PS, I heard from Andy last night, he's checked in and going under the knife. So, (ya know) voting him a honorary title would cheer him up "imensly".

How 'bout
Non-documented Okie?
Must show live birth long forms, signed and witnessed by a ranch foreman?

I've been Okla-homeless for over 30 years

Are we talking about making Leonard or Andy an "Okie" or both?

What the heck, I'm certainly not a "Railsplitter" so I say make everyone an Honorary Okie! Especially Andy even if he changes his mind and doesn't want to be an Okie!

Hope you get well soon Andy!

Just as long as Honorary Okie carries all the rights and privilages as a natural born Okie. And, you can't give it back, or have it revoked.

Good hunting. LB

So let's try it on Andy, as long as he's recovering and can't defend himself. [Big Grin]
