Yes, GoDaddy is completely worthless. They had me locked out during a server migration and my hosting configuration 1.0 was incompatable with the new gear so finally today, I got in and made the upgrade to 2.1 and BINGO!

I am so pissed off at those worthless assholes I could spit!
