Thrust into a role more demanding than eagar consumption; this afternoon I shall continue my dear wife's tradition of serving a hearty meal of Corned Beef And Cabbage.
It's not too difficult, actually, and for one day, much like turkey on Thanksgiving, it's really good to pig out!
Now, I need to score a Shamrock Shake before they're all gone! Don't forget to wear green!
Good huntig. LB

Good thinking, Leonard. We got to keep the better half happy. Don't forget to kiss the old Blarney Stone.

We have already had a few pinching altercations with the kids this morning! Most everyone has green on now.
Leonard, my chick is gonna make it too! She does every year too; I guess its what you'd call an Irican tradition! Bon Appetite, Provecho!
Rocky ought to love it...Hey! Whatever happened to Rocky?!?!

? Nothing, I hope? I put out some left over Texas Barbeque brisket for him, night before last and he didn't eat it? It's a little bit of an acquired taste, maybe? He better hurry or that opposum will get it! I had a funny idea. Next trip to MacNeal, I can trap that opposum and put him in Vic's cottonwood when he ain't looking. He claims they don't have opposums down there, so I guess he needs one?
Good hunting. LB

Being Irish, I definitely wore green today. However, as I told several friends and co-workers, we Irish don't discriminate – everyone is considered Irish on St. Patrick’s Day. I fixed corned beef and cabbage on Sunday and took leftovers to work on Monday for several folks who like corned beef but, don’t fix it because their families won’t eat it. My boss was kind enough to order corned beef and cabbage for some of us for lunch today.

I used Brussel sprouts instead of cabbage, for the first time. Not bad. Corned beef is getting kinda pricey, ain't it?
Hey, now that you mention it, Kelly is a rather Irish sounding name, but Jackson sounds more..... what?
