They read the underwear bomber his Miranda Rights!
Where the hell did this idiot get Miranda Rights? As a citizen, I think I have Miranda Rights, but a foreign national attempting to blow up an airplane and THEY TELL HIM HE DOESN'T NEED TO SAY ANYTHING THAT WILL INCRIMINATE HIM AND A LAWYER WILL BE PROVIDED FOR HIM FREE OF CHARGE?

They are paranoid some liberal judge will throw out the case over soemthing silly like Miranda. They are covering all the bases, I suppose you could say.
The problem is this case should never get to the stage of court.

The insanity in Washington is over the top. We find terrorist camps and send in drones to kill everyone. We don't drop Miranda rights leaflets on them first. But catch a foreign terrorist trying to blow up an airliner and we give him three hots and a cot plus a lawyer. It makes me puke.

Maybe Atty. General eric holder will prosecute the case. Just look at the job he did with the black panthers intimidating people at the polls. He gave them a get out of jail free card. Da*m democRATS.

LB, there are a lot of sorry paahhhh-paaaaaahhhh-paaaaaaahhh-folks that believe that the protections of the constitution cover all. I don't read it quite the same.
