I'm dying here. I'm trying to buy a few sounds from Foxpro and for some reason the site will not accept my serial number. Foxpro forces you to register yourself and your unit before you are even allowed to buy sounds. I have a number taped to the back of my manual and inside the battery compartment both are the same and I was assuming they were the units serial number. Also, I paid foxpro to upgrade my FX3... maybe this is causing me part of the problem.
My serial number looks like: FX5 space number number number letter number number number space number letter. I tried it in multiple combinations with no success.
Can anyone help? Maybe lend me their serial number (if they have not registered yet) Thanks [ November 28, 2009, 04:54 PM: Message edited by: Steve C ]

Maybe you should give them a phone call.

There were a couple of sounds I wanted to use tomorrow AM. They are down and out until Monday.

I just bought a 16 pack of sounds from FoxPro and didn't have to put a serial number in there at all. Maybe it's different for the Scorpion than the FX series...???

Wish I could help, but, I've no idea how that system works. I just call them when I want sounds.

Thanks for the input. After three calls to Foxpro I finally got a response (the first two times they were busy). The last number and letter need to be dropped from the number on my unit. I asked them why that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the site or in my manual... no answer.
Anyway, problem solved. Too bad I did not have the sounds I wanted for yesterday. Only got one coyote out of four stands. Finally bled by Benelli pump!
