But this will give you the general idea of the mount. He is adding a snow scene to it and some goldenrod and grasses. He has to fluff the hair up yet and get the crow's feathers stretched out.
But wanted to give you a little sneak peak. We did away with the coyote coming out of a den thang.
I will have it in my home by next friday!

Sheri, that is very well done. Now I want to see how the taxidermist finished off the back end of the coyote. How did he mate the leather butt to the coyotes pelt?

Nice!!!!
Now what you need to do is to program a coyote growling into a caller, hide it behind the mount, & when someone steps up to take a look.........hit the remote!!!

Thanks Rich and Kokopelli... After allll these years of hunting them and giving them away... it feels so good to finally have my very own mount
He took the hide to the end of the form, brushed the hair up and away and glued a perfectly cut piece of brown leather over the end.
Remember, this is the coyote that had a mangey tail so we were going to have it coming out of a den. So we only went with half the coyote. Then about a month ago, after the hide came back, we changed plans on the mount. We added the crow that a neighbor of mine gave to me and Perry, the taxidermist had this squirrel laying around that he had no idea what he was going to do with it until this mount.
This thing tells a story without even writing a word from all angles. I'm just blown away.

Here is a cheater way MULE. I think it was Curt or someone that learned me this trick. Great trick for far-sighted eyes.
Hold down the Ctrl key and roll the little wheel on the mouse up and down...cool trick, huh?!
Neat mount Sheri. A mount is worth a thousand words.
