Last Saturday, I went to Bakersfield to talk to a group of guys, some of whom were interested in their own coyote club. I also went to give a caller demo, similar to the one I put one at last year's camp out, before all my caller's are rendered obsolete by all the new models being introduced this fall. Lo and Behold, one of the guys there in the 109 degree Bakersfield heat was Danny B! And he stayed until the end. He's a glutton for punishment and deserves an award just for listening to me drone on for more than two hours. Danny's one of the few who's started a club him self, just so he could hunt heads up in New Mexico. Then he moves to Hawthorne? Looks like he'll have to start another club. Maybe you can share some of your secrets with me, Danny B?
Surprise surprise. Some guys don't like coyote clubs. That mean old fart TraitorJohn banned me from posting at his CPC website where most of the Bakersfield guys do their forum grunting. Maybe's he's afraid of somethin', like some of those guys will do less gruntin' and more huntin'.
Club season's open July 1 - Tuesday. Good huntin' to everyone.
