That certainly appears to be the deer stuck in the rope swing.
I can't help but wonder what Johnny Knoxville and the "Jackass" crew would cook up in this sceario had they been on location.
But it would be safe to assume someone would get hurt.

Yes Joe!
I saw a video one time of a big bull elk with his headgear stuck in the chains of a swing. But he didn't know how use it to his advantage and have a little fun like this little whitetail!
