I know that I am supposed to be meeting up with Gerry and Danny at the Gem and Mineral show. But due to a recent computer crash, I don't know if it is this weekend or next.

Does anyone have a home or cell number for either of them that they can email me?

It's the big one in Tucson.

I thought it was next weekend, but Joyce says it is this weekend, and the email from Locohead telling me the dates, time and location got dumped ( Along with 13 other months worth of email ) when this lovely computer sh!t the bed.

Tim, this weekend it's wholesaler's only. The Retail Show (general public) is February 6-10.

Just dug out the email from Gerry. He says, " Bev and I will be in Tucson Monday evening (February 11th) thru Thursday (February 14th) and headed home on Friday."

So I believe you are right, Danny.

This Danny has been going to Quartzsite about once every week or two. Got me a bobcat tail for a my key chain, some fossils, some neat looking rocks and a few other goodies. I'm not into Gem stones, but I'd like to learn.
I'am into prospecting for gold though, found some here and there but I ain't rich yet lol.

Drive on down to Tucson and find Gerry at the show. He is a wealth of knowledge about desert gemstones. I had planned to meet him there, but I'll be off in the opposite direction. [Frown]

I've been offered access to some private land SE of Tulsa. They said the dead coyotes on the road looked like RK PD's in WY. I think I'll blow up a few dozen embryos with the new AR.

I'm sure there'll be "lots" of lonely volunteer's rushing to the aid of the heartbroken male, to soothe his tears and offer a warm void for him to fill.

My conscience is clear, thanks to LB's irrefutable logic. [Big Grin]

I guess Im not going to Quartzsite this year? The last two years in a row Ive had to get a skip out of there.

It must attract all types. The year before last he was on the run for raping his 14yr old daughter. The guy last year was a wanna be 60s hippie that had some religion that involved smoking lots of pot in Quartzsite every year.

Weird.

Tim,
I saw you bought Cyclops already. Great looking mean machine! We will be leaving Denver(Englewood) early Friday morning. We plan on being to Tucson by 7:00 p.m. on the 15th. We are still trying to find a place to stay for a week.

So anyway, now that you already made the trip to Tucson, will you be coming up again for the Gem and Mineral show? Will we have to make a trip to McNeal to meet your chick? and Vic and his? Actually would love too. I hope we can see Clint, Rich and Tyler. Leon', I hope you plan on making the trip.

We will be headed home Friday or Saturday the 22nd or 23rd. Sorry I haven't called back.

Oh DANG IT, I gotta call MULE back too, I just mermembered!!!

I'm taking the wife up to the show this Saturday. But I don't know exactly where we will be. Give me a call on the Cell Saturday sometime and we will try to find each other in the Crowd.

Looks like we are going to miss seeing Gerry, He is there right now and leaving for Flagstaff on Friday. He wrote the other day to say that this Global warming sure was hell on an old man, as there was 3' of Snow in Flagstaff. [Eek!]

You need to pick a day and take the kids to see Tombstone, then drop over the hill to come see us. We are less than thirty miles East.

Dan Stipek is going to be down coyote hunting in the area all next week, maybe we can roust him and Vic out and all go to dinner one night?

Good luck finding a room, I hear that most of the hotels close to the show, are sold out years in advance.
