You've got the exact same humor as an old friend, MULE. Anyone remember him? Sure you're not him smithers?
Smithers, Who are you and where did you come from? Did you used to post under a different name? Man, you remind me of MULE! LOL

Loco, You aren't the only one to notice that, and wonder the same.

Good ol' Mule! I was wondering what happened to Mule a few weeks ago. Why? I don't even know. I am not Mule. He sent me a pair of shooting sticks and a couple of stickers when I won the NCAA closest to the final score thingy, last year or the year before. I remember getting the box, opening it and thinking, "Mule is a Marlboro man." Kinda smelled like he may have actually smoked a few cigs inside the box before he sent it. Never punched any keys on this board under any other name. I go by smithers on here and PM. My "screen name" is KillerCaller on Midwest Predator, which I rarely post on and the same on Fins n Fur. I'm just a guy from MI that is interested in predator calling. But then again... [ January 12, 2008, 02:02 PM: Message edited by: smithers ]

By chance...were those little stickers the ones that read BEWARE coyote hunter
? I got some in the mail once too. I think I have his number in one of my old cell phones. MULE has a great sense of humor - he's a bit of a potty mouth though. I think I'll give the old rat a call. ![[Wink]](wink.gif) [ January 14, 2008, 10:34 AM: Message edited by: Locohead ]

Time and money, Canine. Two things I don't have enough of. If I can get a little extra of either you'll be the first to know. I would love to come down there and have some fun.
I was out tonight and was following around a group of coyotes that seemed especially vocal, way out of norm for around here. I was actually following them by their intermittent howling. I did have three come in and do a fly by. They didn't stop they just appeared and disappeared like ghosts. I folded up and went 70 yards to the south and it looked like they were having a pow wow. Seems they milled around for a bit before slipping in to see what the ruckus was. Tracks-a-plenty. The last couple times I have been out I have run into two separate groups that have been especially vocal. Both times the snow was just starting to fly. Lots of what I figure are locator or distance estimation howls used while hunting. Could be wrong. I was wrong one time before, nobody's perfect. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) [ January 14, 2008, 09:03 PM: Message edited by: smithers ]
