I have a two part epoxy called propoxy 20. In 33 years of being a machinist I have never seen anything like this. It makes Devcon look like silly putty.
It will work underwater, and I have drilled and taped it in 20 minutes after mixing it. It is hard to find. I can have you a stick on the way tomorrow if you wont it.
Our buddy Glen can vouch for it.

I guess that stuff worked pretty good. We put it on last night, and he refilled the oil this morning.
Haven't seen him since!
I guess two weeks was kind of a long time for a almost 19 year old boy to do with out wheels!
