I'm going to summarize the current crop of e-callers, and focus on speakers, sounds, storage, batteries, and remotes. It'll be geared toward the guy who's getting ready to upgrade or buy his first e-caller.
I've got plenty enough criticism to go around and it makes none of the manufacturers happy. I'd like to think it's part of the reason they keep improving their products.
Les Johnson is also speaking the same night.

Yeah, I feel the same way, Gary. Don't expect fluff from me. I'll probably give casual acceptance of those things that impress me and concentrate on those things that could stand improvement. So, will this seminar include an objective appraisal of the WT caller? Just asking.
Good hunting. LB

Two models of WT including the new one and the chance to use it hunting for a couple of days, thanks to one of the APC members. That caller will be at both the meeting and the camp out [ October 01, 2007, 06:05 PM: Message edited by: Nahuatl ]

Would a guy have to join the club to attend? I'm sure it would be worth it if I must join. Seminars or business first? Would it be safe to allocate 2 hours from drop off to pick up? Probably have the wife and daughter drop me off and then they can go eat wings at the Vine.

Just tell them, I said it was okay. And, I have known Gary for a long time, way before he was famous on the Internet.

It seems to me last time I was there they included light refreshments and a raffle ticket.
I've been chasing information this week - and it looks like FoxPro is releasing 3 or 4 new callers, Minaska has 2 new ones in the works, and Game Traks has finally released a working prototype.
