The story about the Elko deputy who had to stop his LEO wife twice in one night to bust her for DUI was something.
But the latest Nevada LEO story is interesting. Wendover is a border town on the Utah/Nevada border. The Utah side is broke because all the money making things are in Nevada. The Utah side has been trying to get annexed to Nevada for years. Just a little background here.
The wife of the Utah Wendover police chief is a stripper working in Nevada Wendover. She must be pretty good looking to still be working as a stripper at 39.
Or maybe the stripper money was declining. She got busted for dope dealing.
LEOs do stick together so even though the commander of the Elko county anti-drug task force called her a "drug store" there have been no formal charges.
I am not complaining. I just find life in all it's complications interesting.

Back in the good old days, I used to hunt that area, before the Utah hunters screwed it up. But, I don't remember any part of the town being on the Utah side? Been a while.
Good hunting. LB
PS I do remember a culdesac with real pretty pink and purple eight foot wood fences, the purpose of which was to screen the view of the locals from seeing their neighbors in the parking lot.
Good hunting. LB

I think 39 yo's are hot! Truth be said, I'd much much rather look at something with like mileage (though better preserved, fewer wrecks)than some fresh-n-flawless thing.

Joe, you parachute in here once a year, regular as clockwork. How's things, back east?
Good hunting. LB
BTW I have come to appreciate the beauty of a more mature woman, myself.

Not that I'm as old as some of you fossils , but I've noticed that as I age, the good looking women tend to keep right up with me. Young ones are nice to look at, but the ones that are forty something have good engines along with the nice finish. That really comes home to roost when you run into ladies you've known since your teens, and they're just as easy on the eyes today, in most cases, than they were back then. Then again, I've come to better understand that there are plenty of hot babes out there that are annoying as hell to be around. I tell my son to be looking for an "also ran". When they blossom, they bloom.

Leonard, blame it on Tim B. He posted that babe picture on another thread and got me all kindsa social feelin.....
How're things back east? Kinda holdin my own, the answer not at all to be considered in the same context as our discussions on or of the merits of a 39 yo.
As an afterthought, 39 relates to a picture I took this AM, mom sending son off to the first day of school this year. This ole gal was 39 when this youngun was born.... I'd get kilt if she knew I posted this.... Touting the merits of a 39 yo might bring the same grief, though???
