Since this place is so quiet these days, I thought I'd try to see if anyone else has seen this show on CBS? If not, it's a series that began last season based on a nuclear attack on the U.S. by terrorists where 23 U.S. cities have been destroyed. Jericho is a fictional , rural Kansas town in NW Kansas, appearing to be located somewhere SE of St. Francis (who isn't?)
Last season (their first), they left off in true "24" fashion with a real nail biter, then less than a week later, announced that CBS was cancelling the show. Millions of loyal viewers inundated CBS with letters of protest demanding that it be brought back for a second season. It worked, one of the first times such a protest has produced results. Anyway, you can watch the entire first season online. It's a great show and makes country folks look pretty good under adverse conditions.
What we enjoy seeing is that a lot of the scenery is consistent with that part of Kansas, and when they show road signs, or discuss other Kansas towns, they actually use names like Topeka, Lawrence, Great Bend and Salina. The writing is excellent.
To me, I think part of the appeal for us loyal viewers is that we get to "see" and think about what we would do should such a catastrophe actually happen, but under controlled circumstances. It makes you think.
Check it out here...

Oh, Tim, There are no boobs on this show. It's regular network.
I watch it online when I have about 42 minutes of free time. That way, the commercials last only about 3 seconds each.

Hey Lance,
Any shows you'd recommend with more boobs?
I'd make time for those.

Tripp,
You could always download Jericho, then insert little blips of busty blondes in the buff at strategic points here and there. Just to keep it even more interesting than it already is. if you need some sources for the blips, think Behle.
Speaking of Behle, never mind him. He's been playing hookie for, like, ever. He has plenty of time, when he's not watching Oprah and Dr. Phil, sitting on the sofa eating chocolate bon bons, rubbing ostrich gyz on his forehead and feigning valley girl fever, or whatever they call it. Malingerer.
