Hi all, I just joined your forum the other day and have been reading thru some of the posts... Figured Id say hi and introduce myself Im in Calif. and as my name implies I do taxidermy so hunting also provides me with specimens for my display room. Besides its just plain fun I shoot a 17 rem and a 223 though if my husband is with me he usually grabs my 223 LOL... I mounted a coyote that I use for my decoy, and I use a foxpro and a bunch of hand calls. I look forward to meeting you all ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

Welcome to The New Huntmastersbbs.com, RoyalOaksTaxidermy. Glad to have you on board.
Back when I could access the darkside, I think I might remember somebody over there with such a handle? Maybe the seventeen was the tipoff?
Good hunting. LB

Welcome aboard, ma'am! Guys, she is being modest. She just won an award for some of her taxidermy work. She's posted some pics of her work in other venues, and it rocks!
Take care, ma'am, and have fun!

WOW You all are just too nice LOL. Some of you have the advantage as I dont recognize the names here..But apparently you know me Valley Springs is in Calif., its 30 miles east of Stockton up in the foothills Nice country but alot of city folks are moving up here nowadays. Makes finding areas to hunt a tad hard. Yes I ventured to the "darkside" LOL.. Occasionally stop in to check things out. Matter of fact that is where I learned about the 17 rem Course the first 17 I bought was an HMR LOL Back then I didnt know there were two.. Mostly been mostly hanging out on the 2 Calif predator sites. I have this fetish for custom made hand calls so I spend some time over at the PM site as well. Not sure if this image will work.. This is the running red fox I took to the World Taxidermy Championships last April. I havent been doing taxidermy long so really didnt expect to place so well I mainly went for the seminars... BUt IM glad I entered Thanks again for such a warm friendly welcome [ July 31, 2007, 10:52 PM: Message edited by: RoyalOaksTaxidermy ]
