Congrats Steve!!! I'll say a prayer for you guys.

When my first was born and they took her away from me I got instatly upset. "She's mine"!" I felt. They were just going to clean her up and weigh her. I knew right then and there, no one had ever hurt that child or I'd probably kill 'em. That was my first emotion. No Kidding!!!!

Then it was all happy warm fuzzies, poopie diapers, crying all night, sleeping, and loving every moment of it!?!? [Smile] Congrats to your wife too, she'll do all the work but you'll be exausted. Sleep well my frined. [Smile]

Steve,

Don't listen to Higgins, he is just trying to get you into trouble with your wife.

New Mothers are always happy and proud when new Father's show off any and all pictures of a new born!

Go ahead and post every thing that you can take! Any picture that you don't show off, will end up being her favorite and she will harp on you for the next 20 years for forgetting it!

Congratulations to you and your wife...

Well, I agree with Tim, show off the newborn; I agree with Higgins as well... a friend of mine took pictures during the birthing process and was showing them off... he had a few bruises and nights on the couch when she learned what was being exposed... :}

There is no greater gift than a child. Enjoy.

Guys thanks for the congrats. Im so dang excited. She was born at 7:01 after 21 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing. I actually was there for it all. I actually had to be toward her feet so we could pull against each other for her to be able to push afficiantly. Im so blessed. Zoey Rayne Criner weighed 7lbs 12oz at the time of birth. She is perfectly healthy so far. Ill tell you all this sure was worht the last few months of ass chewins for sure.

Beautiful little girl Steve...you and Momma done good! Welcome to a life sentence of commitment, joy, angst and a whole host of emotions that come along with adding a child to the mix, there is no greater blessing.

Oh yeah, and start putting a little money away for the wedding. The sooner, the better.

They already cost more than a fully loaded pickup, imagine twenty years from now!

You think I'm exaggerating, don't you?

You know what they say. Just sending a daughter off to school every year costs you ten times more than what you need to spend on a boy.

But, it's worth it. Ask me how I know. LB

sly

LB, I married off two daughters in less than two years....... That was two fully loaded F-350's... I'm still not over that yet....LOL

Thanks fellas. I just expierianced my first full night of awakeness with baby Zoey. Mom is tryin to breast feed and ofcourse she engorged right before we got home and now the ball game we had figured out is a new one. Wheewwwww! Man im tired.

Rich and Randy, The HAT is doing fine. IT made through the delivary alright. It has witnessed a alot lately. Baby delivary,Coyotes on a stand, And a gobbler at 7 steps, but its taking the action and camera well. The Hat is not camera shy i dont think. It plans on hopefully being able to travel and hunt this winter and visit with fine folks and hopefully talk about coyotes.

Steve,

My oldest two kids turn 26 tomorrow, and my youngest two Graduate High school at the end of May.

And I don't have a clue to where all the time went.

Enjoy them while you can still hold them, they grow up way too fast!
