Howdy Ya'll ! I've lurked around this sight for years now and you guys are allright! Well, cept that Higgins guy, he seems bout a six pack short of a case. And I'm not sure about Wiley E either, I'm pretty sure he's a PETA member in disguise, or from Defenders of Wildlife, one or the other. And then theres ole Leonard hisself, I think he just started this here website to promote urine sales. Rich Cronk I'm pretty sure is a retired pig farmer. And Andy just wants his own TV show like Dog the bounty hunter. Maybe he thinks it will get him a chick like ol Dogs wife. Tim Behle I'm pretty sure has shorted hisself out one to many times. But other than that most of the rest of you guys seem pretty normal. As for me I first came here thinking this was a dating site. But you guys have nearly got me convinced to try out this coyote hunting thing. I live near Spokane, is there any of you here from Washington that could show me the ropes? I'd prefer a female hunting partner, cause two guys dressed alike in a truck looks a little gay to me. I like my girls with a little meat on their bones so I'd prefer that you weigh in the 200 plus range. If I were to get back there in the woods and break a leg I want a girl that can at least pack me to the road. So if theres any of you darlings in the Spokane area let me know. Hell, I'd even drive a ways to meet you.

Well, it looks like you have been lurking for a while and know everybody worth knowing?
Stick around and you may learn something they didn't teach you over on PM, or where ever you drifted in from? We could have Krusty take you out, he's moderately close to "Spokane" and likes newbies.
Quick, what's the zip code in Spokane?
Good hunting. LB

a smart 200lb woman will field dress you first, to make the carrying easier... then given they are female.. they will drop you half way back to the road and walk the rest of the way out with the biggest smile on their face... and your 45 on their hip...

I broke a leg bone back in the woods one time. That was a long time ago, but the guy still limps a little bit.

Rich, aren't your hands registered as lethal weapons? What did that guy do to earn the limp?

Leonard, Hell, I didn't break no leg bone. That was just a line I stole from the old Andy Griffith movie "No time for Sergeants". This place is a riot. Too dang much fun here sometimes.

3 toes: "And I'm not sure about Wiley E either, I'm pretty sure he's a PETA member in disguise, or from Defenders of Wildlife, one or the other."
Is it that obvious?
Pam Anderson and Kim Baysinger said, "We'd rather go naked then wear fur" and I said "I'd rather you went naked too".
Welcome 3 toes, hope you didn't pull out of my trap.

Dan,
Our next match at Three Points is April 14,
You should come over and joint the ranks of everyone else who has kicked my ass.
I can shoot in the 4's here at the house. But I can't pick the wind up in Tucson. I usually get one in the 7's one in the 10's and a 12.
It's a good thing that Benchrest is a lot of fun to shoot, or I'd have to quit from the embarrassment!

I placed 3rd in heavy, you placed 5th On May 13, 2006 I placed 1st in light, you placed 8th I placed 5th in heavy and you placed 4th ![[Smile]](smile.gif) [ April 08, 2007, 08:54 PM: Message edited by: Dan Carey ]

Dan,
I'm hoping to be there this month, but I've got three other things going on that some day ( And nothing on the next day )
I've got all of my prep work done except dumping the powder and seating the bullets. Hopefully I can get that done this weekend. 4th and 5th are about as good as I've ever done. At this point, my goal isn't so much to win, as it is to finally beat Ross Herrick.
I've never been good with names, and yours was ringing a bell but I just couldn't place it until I saw your picture on another thread a few minutes ago. I remember meeting you now.

Hey Dan you guys who build those custom rifles have talent. I tip my hat to ya. Just ran into Shane Thompson, he doesn't shoot much matches but I've never seen such perfection as Shanes. The attention you guys give to detail is amazing. Good luck at your match guys. And for a kick in the pants try a Cowboy action shoot.
