I know! I know! But I won't say.

Ahhh, what the hell. Higgins and Tom Redmond, owner extraordinaire of the Wolf Springs Ranch near Westcliffe, Colorado, where we hunted together in November of last year. He said you guys didn't get to hunt, but that you had a good time together. One thing about Tom, even if you aren't hunting, he still pretty much shoots from the hip. [Smile]

Lance, you got it right, but the joke's on you; I don't even HAVE a million bucks! [Razz]

Leonard and I visited Tom at his Scottsdale ranch. I've been invited into two of Tom's homes and they look like Bass Pro Shops. Full body mounts of lions and record book heads on all of the walls. Museum quality artifacts and objects d'art everywhere. Always interesting around Tom. [Smile]

Right, but do you remember what I said in the truck, as we waited for the gate to open?

I'd like to hear what was said. But, send it via e-mail or post it here. I'm not allowing any incoming phone calls. Higgins was supposed to call me Tuesday night, forgot about me, and I haven't been away from the phone since as I wait. Getting kinda tired of sitting here. [Smile]

Well....okay. Because he has such a neat Hacienda and over two hundred stabled horses, plus those he trains for others and a number of other impressive things, it is easy to feel inadequate.

As we left, and waited for the automatic sensored double gates to open, I said the only thing I could think of: "Hey, my pool is bigger!" That got a laugh from both Rich and Tyler.

Good hunting. LB

Hey, size matters!

Yeah, Tom has some nice digs. That's for sure. Very good about sharing it with friends, new and old. You might have to make the trip with Higgins to the ranch and hunt with us some time.

Did you get to meet his wife and daughter? Probably made you feel right at home.

I'd have swore when I first saw it, that was Rich and his pard, Robb of Scottsdale?

I wouldn't be posting photos of that ******.

Yes, met wife and daughter, and invited to the Colorado ranch, in November(?) as long as it doesn't interfere with my Sask. wolf hunt. [Razz]

Good hunting. LB
