Hosted the great Rich Cronk this past weekend, at my ranch.

Here is a picture of Rich, with Leonard, (who learned a lot) listening intently.

Yep, sometimes even the pompous know it all's can learn a little bit of something when they take time to listen. I had a dream the other night. I was having a conversation with Rich Higgins and Uncle Jay Nistetter. It was a pleasant conversation, believe it or not. [Smile]

Hey All: Being new to this forum, I just have to comment that I knew Rich Cronk's calls were of the highest quality, but I had no idea he could call a gorilla into someone's den! I am impressed and will have to order one of Rich's cowhorn howlers to accompany my Killer Call. It makes me tremble to think what might show up for supper.

Welcome to the New Huntmasters, Possumal. Who are you calling a gorilla? Glad to have you on Board.

Good hunting. LB

Damn Leonard you are looking well ( Notice I did not say good). The surgery though miserable seems do have done you a world of good. You look at least 50 years younger.

Rich, I've had that same nightmare. [Smile]

The curse is still kicking ass. Leonard and I went calling down by Tucson with Eddie Hawkins and it actually snowed on us.

You know, I didn't even think about the curse when I hunted with Higgins in November. And we managed to call coyotes where all my buddies who'd hunted that area before said we wouldn't call anything. Higgins even called a group of three in on us. Guess I just drew lucky on that one, huh?

Memo to Higgins: Sign out from my name and log in with your own, before you blow the whole Board out of the water!

Wow, you finally got control! And what do you do, hit on Cal!

edit: Cal, if you feel the same way, I don't want to know, okay?

OK, done. Sorry. [Smile]

Yes, apology accepted. My mistake in not logging off of your POS computer. However, you don't realize the Brokeback harm you cause.

Cal has been pestering me with so many emails, I had to change my spam settings!

Bottom line, the Higgins curse continues. Snowed where we hunted, ground littered with discarded backpacks and plastic bottles...could the "migrants" be very far away?

Good hunting. LB
