I called the doctor's office to see if the Biopsy lab report had come back and got the news that there was a very small area that was malignant. Well, that's much better than a large area. I'll see him Fri. 3/25 so he can discuss options for treatment.
This tumor is a result of a spot on my left lung ( most likely malignant also) but the VA will handle the treatment for that. Dr.Drye only authorized for the Brain-Biopsy.
Now, I know where I stand and where I'm going, so that's better than waiting for the Lab-work outcome. Just took another step.
If this is connected to Agent Orange and I was at Chu-Lai when it was being sprayed, I'm retiring with 100% VA disability. Posivitive outlook, huh?
Well, that's it for now....

Swampcat,
Best of luck and prayers are with you. I've been down both forks in the road with dear friends and family. Some have been not so good, but many others have resulted in remissions and recovery. Just remember, there's been no better time in the history of man than right NOW to be sick like you are, if that's how it has to be. Let's all just pull for successful treatments, and I'm glad the waiting to know part is over for you. Good luck and good hunting.

Good luck, swampcat. I am awaiting results from a biopsy, myself. Little skin cancer thing.
Good hunting. LB

You'll be in my prayers too Leonard. (I know you're just responding to Swampcat - you're not high-jacking, that could make the mods. very very angry.) You may not appreciate prayers being lifted up for you by a christian that behaves like a pagan, but tough, I'm a gonna anyway!
I expect nothing but the best from both of you!!!! ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

Yeah, thanks, Danny.
If there is one thing to be said about HM, it's that we don't have a flock of Mods birddogging every conversation. I think hijacking is a notable skill, and specifically allow it....maybe "encourage" woould be a better word? We are pretty casual about posting in the "proper" forum, and they don't get yelled at.
Good hunting. LB

Not a darn thing wrong with being a pagan if once you die, your dead and nothing else happens after that! ![[Wink]](wink.gif) [ March 16, 2006, 08:49 PM: Message edited by: Locohead ]

Kokopelli,
Nothing is wrong with being a Pagan. It's being a virgin that's no fun. I tired that once for a number of years, and as soon as I found out that was what I was, I hated every minute of it.
Now I'm just a recovering Virgin. But I'll have to look into that Pagan thing ( Aren't they the ones with the naked dances and orgies on every Solstice?)

Kokopelli,
I was running out a line in a remote area yesterday and four colored rags mounted on sticks caught my eye.
I parked the truck and walked out for a look and found a Kiva that sees frequent and recent use.
Looks like someone around here is still practicing!
