Biopsy went without any problems to include no headaches, swelling or drainage, so I'm home to take it lazy for 2 weeks of boredom.
Have to wait for follow-up appointment in 2 weeks and am home-bound. Can walk around outside, but can't ride-in or drive vehicle, bend over with head lower than horizontal, lift anything heavy, etc.
I didn't have any concrete info, so I just kept quiet and didn't speculate. I have a very posivitive attitude and as small as the tumor is, It can be dealt with, while it's "still in the crib". If malignant, 3 Radiation sessions should take care of it.
Then there is a 3mm (2.2in) spot on my left lung to check into. It's small, as well, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'll whip'em and get back to as good as new; just have to take one step at a time.
Well, you can turn the porch-light off- I'm home....

Now, let's go calling!

Just take it easy, swampcat. Spots on the lung can be serious, as well. (understatement) Sit around and watch Jerry Springer, Dr Phil and Oprah. [Smile]

I once had a very bad cold and my wife insisted that I see a Doctor before I went hunting for the weekend. Actually, she thought the guy would order me into bed. But, he did an Xray and said there was a spot on my lung, so he was sending it out, for a reading from a radiologist.

Scared the hell out of me, but I still went hunting....turned out it was an old scar?

Good hunting. LB
