He co-started the Crips street gang in SW L.A. in the late '60's. The Crips were a spin-off from the Black Panther Party in Compton. They are responsible for hundreds of area murders, drug trafficking, burglaries, armed robberies, and auto theft rings. The deadly street wars between the Crips and the Bloods are legendary. Tookie is personally responsible for dozens of murders, of which he was convicted on three about 25 years ago. He continued to direct gang activities from his prison cell. His rap sheet doesn't even begin to tally his career acomplishments.
Our beloved Hollywood elite are all donning blue bandannas in solidatity to plead for this killers life. Now, we will see just what Ahhnold is made of.

Wait a minute! Didn't he turn his life around, in prison and write children's books? Doesn't that make up for the cold blooded shotgun execution of a young man lying face down on a cement floor? And, the three other victims were just asians anyway.

Just heard the news. Arnie, you da man!
One of the Crips favorite graffiti's is "WKB". That stands for "We kill Bloods".
Well here's a new one for them, "CEK".

Gang mentality is one of the major factors in urban social erosion and the total abandonment of what most of us would call civility. We can't execute him for being a gang banger, but for most of us, that's the reason we support dimming his lights. Good enough for me. As far as I'm concerned, it's a good start.

I have a grandson who was bumped into a teenage branch of the Crips. They branded him with a hot coat hanger that was bent into a 3" tall letter C. He still carry's the brand, but he had it covered with a large tatoo. He never to this day will tell me who branded him. Actually, I am surprised that my grandson is still alive today. They should have hung the parents of all gang members before the poor kids were even born, that way none of this crap would have ever happened.

Nope, sure can't condemn him for being a gang banger. As long as he stays a "law abiding" gang banger. But this punk spurns the law and anyone who respects it. He stepped outside the law when he made the decision to become a "CBK" (Cold Blooded Killer). No mercy for that kind of trash. Gazizazz.

The Hollywood crowd can't believe it! The Europeans can't believe it. What about the Nobel nomination? What about all those children's books?
Mike Farrell (the once "famous" actor) is against the death penalty; get the message to the media, fer cripes sakes! A man's life is at stake! Oh, the irony.

Well it doesn't happen often enough anymore, but it did this time. A.S. made the right decision and the killer is going to be executed. This is some justice for the living victims of this murderer.

Maybe they will have a big "Tookie Cookie" sale tomorrow and send all of the proceeds to victims of gang violence.
I can't blame the man for trying every last move to try to save his own life, but he knows that he will be getting the punishment that he deserves later tonight.

Even the threats of riots didn't sway Arnold. But the LAPD says they're ready if that's what goes down. There's not much left in Watts to burn down, is there?
