Here is the obituary for my Father who passed Saturday, after becoming almost bed-ridden due to inability to swallow food/liquid. The flap that covers the windpipe when swallowing wouldn't close and he'd had a tube into his stomach for feeding and just grew weaker with time. He stated that he didn't want to go back to the hospital and if anything happened, not to try and revive him; he was ready to go home. He died peacefully and is now without pain....

It's a tought time, Swampbird, but you did just what he asked you to do. Good job. He's at peace now. My condolences to you and your family.

My sympathies to you & your family, Swampbird.
He will visit you in a dream or another sign. Very comforting, open up your soul. It will happen in due time. I wish you well. -------------- 5 days ago, My Mother-Inlaw passed away. 3 days prior to her passing. I told her on her death-bed, "I want you to let me know" She replied, "How?". I said, "Surprise me".
The other day, while viewing her body. As I passed through the viewing room doorway on my way out. An invisible pair of [flapping wings]throwing off cool air. Brushed the Right side of my ear & cheek. It surprised me at first. Then I recalled, the promice . No one noticed but me.
