How did it go? I had to cancel at the last minute because of work constraints. I really like that area and am looking forward to my next chance to go back.

I've been dieing to hear too. I sat there listening to that Philharmonia Orchestra last night, and while they did a good job. I couldn't help but wish I was over hunting coyotes with Danny.
For a little while, I was thinking I was going to get a last minute reprieve, but things don't always work out the way I hope they would.

Tim,
I’m impressed.
Where’d you get your Camo Tux?
I’ll be needing one this weekend for the theatre.
Going to see Lion King.
Told wifey I’ll be taking my spotting scope and range finder.
She just ignored me as usual.

Tux? My wife isn't that cruel.
She knew I wanted to be in New Mexico, so I got off wearing a new pair of 501's, my clean black cowboy shirt, Bull Pecker boots and good black cowboy hat.
Don't tell her they make a Tux in Camo, she will get me one and insist I start going to more of that fancy crap.
If you want, I think the kid's have the lion King on Video, I can send it up to you. Express mail should have it there by the weekend!

Interesting, I never heard of a hunt by that name lol? On the 19th and 20th of this month our club has a hunt, you're all welcome to attend.

Duncan Menads, thank's for that info. Believe it or not I had close to 500 sections of pvt cattle ranches reserved for that hunt, plus public land. A few weeks before the hunt guys started calling and saying they couldn't make it. I understand things can happen and New Mexico is a long ways with the price of gas the way it is. To bad, because I had alot of things lined up for the guys to do and I really wanted them to see how the new predator hunting museum was coming along....oh well, maybe another time.

Cripes Danny, I've been kicking myself in the ass for weeks for having to cancel. I'm going to make it over there yet. And if it's too hot or windy to call, we'll warm those stools on my tab.

Me too, Danny. Tim is going to have to drag me along with him. I have a few things for your museum that I'll bring along.

You guys are always welcome.
Posted by Duncan Menads (Member # 381) on February 09, 2005, 10:05 AM:
Oh, that's too bad about the hunt. It would have been great to see what kind of numbers you guys turned up.
Hey, Danny, I was wondering if you could maybe make your museum there sort of an on-line museum. Post pictures of your displays and stuff, for whenever we're feeling nostalgic and need an old man's pick-me-up.

I requested some pics of Danny's accumulation of trophies last year. The pics were quite impressive to say the least.

Duncan Menads, That's a good idea. The problem is I have to use one of those $10 disposable cameras. One of these days I'll get a good camera, but in the meantime I'll try and find someone to take some pictures I can post. One item I just receved from Steve Barbour of Texas is a Pied Piper Cow Horn call. My friend Jay Nistetter donated a bunch of old calls, Rick Gipson (SlyDog) and Bryan Ward (Coldnised) donated some calls as did Vic Carlson. I even got the shirt off of Gerry Blairs back at the last campout, lot's of people have donated and I thank them all very much. I have a long way to go with this museum thing but I'll see what I can do so you guys can see how it's going.

Since I seem to be showing my stupidity a lot lately can someone pile it on more and tell me what the hell DBIH is? Thanks.
