Yeah, Ronnie
Brent really was dissapointed that you couldn't make it to the hunt. Drew a big crowd, lots of coyotes turned in.
Good hunting. LB

I believe the kind words coming from the caliber of the people on this board. Mean as much to me as the award its self.
Bless you all. Ronnie

This was part of the promotion for the St. Francis Midwest Coyote Calling Championship, in St Francis, Kansas. I think it was the 8th or 9th annual hunt, several sponsers, Foxpro a major contributor, total cash pay out was $25,000. I think the turnout was 114 teams from 12 different states.
Another preliminary event was an invitational Coyote Calling Competition, judged by all the other participants. Higgins took a close second place; deserved better.
Good hunting. LB

Duncan, Ronnie is a handicapped hunter with a lot of experience, and he is forced to hunt from a modified, offroad wheelchair. What the Award addresses is the fact that he doesn't give up and lie in bed, he gets out and hunts whenever he has the strength to do so. In a word; Courage.
Good hunting. LB

I echo the sentiments, that's quite an award to receive.
