I heard the coyotes are really starting to move in the SW corner of WA state. A potential hot spot is said to be at the end of NFD 99 Rd., just SW of Spirit Lake. The locals say the action could light up any time now.

Coyote hunting on Long Beach! I could go for that, but doubt that the local leftists would.

They say that there is a 70% it's going to heat up good. I normally Elk hunt under 1000 yards of said hot spot. Basically at the timberline. It is going to be interesting.

It took me until today to figure out what we were talking about, here. Mount St Helens has been making rumblings, acting like it's about to erupt. Last time was remarkable, putting it mildly.
Good hunting. LB

There was enough ash in the air that some airline flights were canceled and others diverted.
Nothing like the big bang, but it is still rumbling.

Well boys, she's a glowin'!!!
At about 5:00 this morning , as the fog cleared, USGS surveyors could see Mt St Helens was glowing, with magma just below the surface. By late this afternoon it could be seen it the daylight.
They fully expect some type of "magmatic activity", whether it will be small flows, fountains, or worse, nobody knows.
