We have 4 acres of land in the City limits that back up to the Sabine swamp.
Due to high water the Hogs have been coming out of the swamp, And tearing the place up. I baited it up, And set my Hog trap last week.
My wife and I went to check it yesterday morning. There was what I judged to be a 250 LB sow, And One very small piglet in it. As soon as I got out of the truck she started popping her teeth, And growling.
Since I knew she had other piglets around I decided to turn her loose. This proved to be easer said tan done. I had to weave the rope through the bump gates. She did her best to tear that trap apart to get to me. Each time I ran the rope through one of the seven gates. She would do her best to take my hand off. As I passed the rope across the top, Which is five feet tall. She would jump up and bite the wire.
I told my wife to get in the truck before I razed the gates. She said " No you cant run, You get in the truck. I told her I already have a wheelchair, And she doesn't.
When I lifted the gate the piglet was gone in a flash. The sow just kept staring at me. I had the wife bring the truck up, And I set on the hood. She drove me in front of the opening, And that sow came out of there like a missile. I was more than relived when she headed for the swamp, Instead of joining me on the hood of the truck.

Boy, Ronnie, I don't know of no pig that's worth getting hurt or worse over. You be careful now.

Cdog, if that hog got hold of Ronnie she would deserve everything she got. They's badder sharks in them waters than her. ![[Smile]](smile.gif)
Ronnie is always thinking and coming up with new hunting sports. The object of this one is simply to go home with all the appendages you began with. I don't think it's going to catch on.

Thanks Rich. I have been sitting here with my feelings hurt. Not one single person wont's to come down a join the pig fun.
I am starting to see that the rest of the world may be right. I am nuts. Now if yawl rally won't in on the fun. We can go catch Sharks. Then turn them over on there back, And put them to sleep.
