You can defiantly say Crow Woman blew into Texas. Two Tornados torched down were she landed. She got to my place with 70 mph winds and 9 1/2 " of rain.

For the record. I had nothing to do with the snake. He got under her pillow all by himself.

With high winds, And lots of water we had miserable results calling.

Sheri has to be one of the most pleasant person I have ever been around. My wife and I hated to see her go after six days. She is one hell of a good caller, And has the best stand manners I have ever seen.

I am going to save the adventure stories for when she gets home Sunday.

Sheri and I on my two story trailer.

hmmm... Let's talk culture shock first [Big Grin]

Everything is flat and the highways don't have drainage. Why drain when you are already at sea level?

Live alligators and turtles all over like we have groundhogs. And they don't need to pass through security to tour the Dupont plant once and awhile.

Crawdaddy's do smoke but require no help kicking the habit. Furthermore on this subject, it boggles my mind to see that people can go round them up right out of their backyards and cook up a meal. You don't see us back here going and rounding up nighcrawlers and cooking up meals with them, do ya??!!??

If your partner or spouse gets out of line... in Texanism... "You just need to Shuck him like a baad ear of coorn."

When someone says "We need to Address the situation"... duck and cover and wear gloves as not to leave fingerprints!

When three cowboys are setting in the front of a pickup truck, How do you tell which one is the real Cowboy? Easy, the one in the middle. He don't have to drive and he don't have to open any gates. [Big Grin]

gotta make a phone call... I'll be rat back.

[Wink]

one mo thin... The word Sh*t has three syllables

Here is the beautiful necklace Sheri made for my Wife Judy. The fine one she made me, Won't fit over this size 8 block of granit I have for a head.

The beauty of the necklace does not compare in any way the beauty of the lady wearing it!

Folks, you'll never find two people more true than Ronnie and Judy [Wink]

Very pretty. So is the necklace. [Smile]

Sheri, Ronnie said that the icons on the necklace had some symbolic significance in your beliefs. Can you post a photo of the necklace and describe the meaning of the icons?

Ronie, your lady is a looker, she wears it well, that's for sure!

Rich, that necklace looks very much like Zuni Fetishes. They are very popular all over the Southwest.

Good hunting. LB

Leonard, you are absolutely correct. It is a Fetish necklace. But it is being adapted all over.

Rich, on each necklace, all of Creator's animals are displayed in a circle of life. I see Judy with very strong Bear qualities, so that is why it was chosen to represent the center of the circle in a way of also reminding her of her own strength in life.

Bear is treated with great respect by all animals. Of all, it is thought to be the one most like a human. A very important message of Bear something I felt Judy should remember. It is to balance activity with rest as well. Sometimes she forgets her own strength.
