Are you the "Poster Boy" in the Critr'Call advertisement? At least they mention your name.

Where did you see the advertisement at Greenside? I don’t think that the word “Poster Boy” would be appropriate LOL but Major has used a couple of my pictures in his ads. He has used a lot of other people’s pictures as well. I have known Major for quite a while now and consider him a friend. He gave me a lot of good calling advice and got me started in Africa. I DO NOT endorse his call because of this though. I had used his calls for several years before I new him or even knew his name. I can’t say that his calls are the best out there but they are the only ones I use. Any body that has ever hunted with me can attest to that.
Good hunting.

Q, I think the picture is of you. It's in the latest issue of TPC. Names mentioned are the Johnson's and the Schmidt's and Q-Wagoner. Must be worth a few Pee-Wee's at the least.

Hot dang I am in it. I even saw my mug in the Predator Xtreme. The woman was hiding it from me I guess. I just found my copy today. The pic is of me with my Jan/Feb coyotes. Here is a better shot of it.

Good hunting.

Q
Is that a vertical buttpod rest on your gun? If so what's the name brand and do you like it? Use it in the field or just for pictures?

The “buttpod” is what you call an accurest. A friend and fellow coyote hunter in my hometown makes them. It is an adjustable rear rest for your rifle that is incorporated into a sling. The rest is meant to work in conjunction with bi-pods, preferably the Harris medium s-series Bipod. It will help you settle in on shots more quickly and accurately than just bipods alone. Some people have a hard time getting use to it, as did I but now I wouldn’t be with out one. A guy could rig up a stick or piece of lath to do the same thing. My first one was a piece of lath and it worked great.
Good hunting.
