So, who can fill me in on this little item? My grandson bought one in Kuwait, and is trying to figure it out. I couldn't help him much, but I am vaguely familiar with the Horus Vision checkerboard reticule. We talked about it on the phone for quite a while, (he's in Fort Wainwright, Alaska) but without seeing it, I don't know how much help it would be in a hunting application? I think it is for those one shot, one kill situations, maybe for those guys that shoot bedded elk at a thousand yards? Where's Dave? It might have a rock chuck application?
Good hunting. LB

For what its worth you can go over to there site and they have a demo where you can actually use the scope and the watch. have'nt been there in awhile so not sure if they still have it.. The scope and watch would be best used in open country situations..

"For what its worth" ...
That might make an appropriate title under TA's member name, as that will need to preceed each and every post that he makes.

Leonard, all I know, is what I almost remember, from the ads I saw for the scope a long time ago. I'm no help on this one...

Yall dont pick on TA. Hes an expert on long range shit. He is the only one I know that kills coyotes on every shot from 0-800 yards with a 17, no doubt.
Im sure whatever he says is researched, copied and pasted with care.

Leonard, it looks like the .pdf file download that coyotewhacker provided for with that link was pretty straight forward & self explanatory...
Although I've never used that watch, the parameters for it's ballistic program are on par with many others on the market. They all digest those same data & spit you out a dope...
Only issue I could see is the actual physical input of the data to the watch. That may take some time to get savvy on. Good to read that known data (b.c., velocity, scope height) can be entered beforehand to keep the 'in the field' data input to the present atmospheric conditions...
