If it is frozen when you get it, then you are getting mostly water.
Real good urine, be it fox, coyote, bobcat etc. does not freeze.
It will gell slightly when frozen, but not totally freeze.
In fact the best coyote, fox, and bobcat urine you can use is when you freeze it out yourself, remove the ice(which is water) and then use what doesnt freeze. You get a good concentrate this way.
some of the best trappers in the USA do this.

I'm with Steve.
The scent is in the part that doesn't freeze as quickly.
If you have a Freezer in your fur shed, put a pot full of piss in it for a day, then throw out the slush and keep the concentrate ( never put it in the kitchen freezer, unless you are planning on getting a divorce in the next week or two. )
I'm not going to say that frozen pee won't work. Because if you are the kind of person who regularly buys an 8oz bottle of water for $1.50, then the convenience of frozen piss might be just what you need.

Frozen piss.......bad idea. Sooner or later that bottle of frozen piss will end up on the defroster vent to thaw. Really bad idea.
Speaking of deer piss; has anybody done any 'misting' for deer or elk?? The little bit that I've played with it for deer (bowhunting) didn't seem to have any negatives.
