Is there a face mask out there that's worth a darn? I usually use the mesh 3/4 and cut a hole for a call, they're cheap and don't last very long and have never seen one in snow camo. The fleece one ones I've tried seem to hold moisture and freeze up. Any suggestions?

When calling in the snow, I always used a white ski mask. The holes were already in place, it blended in and most important, it was warm.

Otherwise, I still use a full headnet. $5 at Wal-mart and they last most of two seasons.

I have been using a knit/acrylic face mask in snow camo made by Natural Gear camo the past couple of winters. When walking between stands I roll it up like a stocking cap. It has sewn in eye and mouth holes when pulled down. $10 from www.naturalgear.com

To be honest I have never worried too much about a coyote spotting my white face on a snow covered background. I wear it mostly because of cold weather and it can't hurt anything to help blend in a little.

I don't use a face mask either.Unless it is very cold and that's mostly for protection from the wind and cold so I use a camo ski mask.Sometimes that wind can be a real killer.GOOD HUNTING C.O

I wear an all-white ski mask. Next year I will have the natural gear snow camo ski mask as I think it will be good. I alwasy wear a 3/4 camo facemask as I believe the human face and the human voice are the two things that scare an animal most except for being shot at. I like the mesh ones as they take off the face shine, but are good for ventilation. There are also some being made in a cotton jersey material that are a tighter weave than the mesh.

I bought a silk Baclava. It's good in the winter -25 this year. Warm, but not way too hot. No fog on glasses, breathable, light wt. Black in color. Got from the Cabela boys.
