I have received 3 new calls in the past month and all 3 are well worth the money spent on them.

Take a look: [Big Grin]

 -

Two are Krusty Kriers made by Krustyklimber one is a jackrabbit and the other is a high cottontail rabbit. The Kriers are hand whittled by Krusty so each call is it’s own shape. It takes on the shape and design of the piece of wood that he chooses to make that call. They are very easy to blow and make their sound and it is a sound that you like. I have been able to get more different sounds from the jackrabbit call than the cottontail, but I have had it the longest so have worked with it more. Along with the rabbit sound I have made some good bird sounds also. With the open reed you have a large tone range with both calls.

The other one is a Taylor Special made by Rich Cronk, and it has been talked about in other post, but I have to agree it is a call worth every dime he asks and more. He sent other reeds with my call, as I wasn’t sure what sounds I wanted, he asked what I would be using it for the most. Upon receiving the call I got such good sound from it the way he had toned it, that for now I think I’ll use it the way he set it up. For a howler this call is a dream, small the way I like my howlers good sound and volume.

Both call makers have other kinds of calls and I am sure that they are good one too.

So if you are in the market for a new Custom Call one from either one of these guys would be money will spent. You would have many years of enjoyment and success from any of their calls.

Yeah... Welcome Bill!

I am glad you found your way over here to Huntmasters, they got a bunch of old duffers like you here... I think you'll like it!

I am glad you like those calls, but I think it's the musician that makes the instrument sing, you can play 'em really good!

Now go out there and KILL something with 'em... I need some pictures for my ads/website (website coming soon to a computer near you)!!!
