This shit makes me so mad I could scream!

They not only never rest, there is no reason to ever let up. They always get something, they never lose. It's impossible for them to lose anything, there is only GAIN. They keep trying and judges and administrators and commissions give them something favorable and if they don't, well, they have unlimited resources so they keep trying.

Imagine it this way. You have money and your neighbor doesn't. For some unknown reason, your other neighbor is in charge of flipping a coin once a week. Heads the neighbor gets some of your money, tails he doesn't. After a few years of flipping coins, this asshole has most of your money and you are hanging on by your fingertips.

But hey! It's all fair. 50-50 chance. Every flip of the coin, you could win, and you could lose.

This is EXACTLY how the antigun and the bunnyhuggers operate. They keep chipping away at our rights and our recreational opportunities. They CANNOT lose. Why wouldn't they keep trying when some of the decision makers are also sympathetic to their cause.

Good hunting. LB

Who would you bet on?

How about this? Restrict their ability to file lawsuits to one every decade. That would slow them down considerably. Otherwise, we fuked. LB

Phoenix Varmint Callers Inc. (PVCI) was doing an "Adopt a Ranch" project. This project involved four groups/individuals. The Rancer, Az G&F, the Forest Service and PVCI. We were running water lines across the desert to help establish water sources for both cattle and wildlife. At one point I was working with the lady who represented the Tonto National Forest. She made the comment about how good it feels to be working outdoors for a change which surprised me because I always thought forest rangers always worked outdoors. I asked her where she usually worked and she said she spent the vast majority of her time in lawyers offices. She said as soon as the grazing allotments are advertised these same ass holes, the Center for Biological Diverisity, files a lawsuit claiming it is too high.

These same folks are pushing for a clean water bill that would give the FEDS control on any land that ever has a mudpuddle. One congressman tried to put an exemption on it to exempt farms and ranhes but it was turned down. You can bet your last nickle that this same bunch of loones will be filing lawsuits like crazy to have the fed take control of the majority of private land because it isn't being properly enforced. BTW: this bill passed the house yesterday.

Like G. Beck says "It is all about the control."
