When this law was talked about a year or so ago, this is exactly what worried me about it.I thought it would spread to other types of things to.Like rabbits,PD's,rockchucks,coyotes and other stuff.Just another way for Big Brother to stick it to you,and control you.It is getting harder and harder to recognize this country anymore.It's getting that bad.

I had the same concerns, but add livestock, and free roaming dogs.(causing problems with livestock)
This poor guy probably let the neighbor that was feeding the damn things see him do it.
