Andy,

The problem is that you really can't tell what party he is.Case in point our "Republican" Governor wants to take the money even when our "Republican" congressmen,and senators don't.Same with California "Arnold" said he would take any of the money that the other states rejected.Pure Socialist BS regardless of political party...
