So we start at daylight and walk a few mile, wearing ourselves ragged by noon. I get home and kick off the muddy clothes for a nap. Turn the TV on for background noise and the Saturday Morning Cartoons are jabbering away.

I rest my eyes a moment only to hear a trumpet begin playing and the sound of feet marching- I look and find 1940 style film on the television. A commercial, lasting about 60-90 seconds, begins explaining all that women went through during the suffrage movement. It shows popular speakers, marches and demonstrations... shows the voting booths and picket signs.

I think to myself "Wow this is odd". As the big band music begins to fade, indicating the commercial is nearly over, a mans voice comes on and says something like "After the hard battles fought nearly 60 years ago, women today are still opressed and struggle to gain equality with men" End of commercial- back to cartoons.

WHAT THE HECK? No political claims, no website URL's, no phone numbers. Just a flat out statement being broadcast to children on a Saturday Morning. What in the world is this about?!?! Is it an anniversary or "Special Month" or something?!?! I was shocked- so shocked it took me about three full minutes to fall asleep. [Confused]

Suffrage, my ass. Women control every facet of life and unspoken thoughts, in this castrated country.

And, furthermore, I'd like to see the lass that could carry Andy from a burning building. That's what I think of female firefighters.

Dumb down every "macho" job in America. Service Academies used to require ten pull ups to pass Phys Ed. Women, on the other hand, are required to hang in place for a minute.

LAPD, women candidates can't climb over a six foot block wall, so they send them to remedial fence climbing at taxpayers expense, where they still can't get over the wall. Do you think it has anything to do with discarding the height requirement?

Women are nice people, but they muscle their way into things where they do not belong. Like Little league, for openers.

I heard that the first California Highway Patrol officer raped on duty was the first female officer in Orange County.

Women's Suffrage; don't make me laugh. Guess who voted overwhelmingly for our CA Lion Moratorium?

And, don't call me a sexist. I just believe there are established lines that ought not be crossed.

Hear me, Hillary?

not to mention marriage laws, they make sure they get their fair share and then some. If it wasn't for man's runaway hormonal makeup women would certainly have sufferage.

Women have always been in control. Their motto is :

 -

And it has always worked.

Leonard,

The Douglas FD does have a woman who could not only toss Andy across her shoulders, but could put me and you under her arms and drag us all out. Not only that, but this chick is totally hot. But I have to admit, this honey is truly one in a million!
