The sentence automatically goes to an appeals board which is expected to uphold or overrule the sentence within 3-4 weeks. If upheld, law requires he be hanged, along with his compadres, within 30 days.

Ive been watching the news this morning. Maybe this will help a little? Maybe some of the coward terrorists will come out and fight out of anger instead of hiding behind skirt tails? Wouldnt that be nice. I would love to see Habib jump up and charge a marine instead of trying to kill him from the shadows....
