This morning was one of those happy days in a grandfathers life. Took my 9 year old grandson Jalen out for his first predator hunt. As with any young boy, sitting still was tedious for him, three minutes in a boys life must seem like an eternity? Third stand of the morning, this fox came in and JJ put the hammer down, one shot from my .17 mach4 at 25 yards, and he rolled it. His father and I were as tickled as he was. Jalen surely looks more tickled than you do, but I'll take your word for it. Good day, I bet.

My first predator was a kit fox.
Thanks for sharing, Vic.

Congratulations to you and your Grandson, that's a good story. The smile and thumbs up says it all. I'm sure he'll be asking to go all the time now and I'm sure Grandpa will want to oblige.
