I popped over to a few ranches just for kicks and was informed "there are coyotes all over" We saw 13 total w/the ps32 & ps64 thermals. I shot 2 w/the d740 scope, missed one as it jumped when Terminator shot one running in from a blind side at the same time...darn it. In this spot we had 7 show up & hang out to far out, even when I shot this double I had 2 sitting 400 yards out mousing in a p-dog town. MMR AR15, 50g vmax load. 1 at 85 yards, next at 135 yards coming in looking for the 1st one.

Bobbalou,
I have a ps32 and an LS64, I was using the LS64 Saturday night!
Why do you always close your eyes when I take your picture?
I guess you aren't going to tell the about the mangy male I shot Sunday morning? 125 yards and you once again forgot the camera in the truck.......

You took the pic before I was set. They all were pretty ugly!

That M2D camo stands out way too much in the dark. Maybe that's why some of them buggers were hanging up..... ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Boomer,
It is very possible the M2D camo sticks out!
We will be out this Saturday and I will let you how we do.
Would you suggest something darker or even black in color?

You could have them coyotes in your lap if you were "blacked out" in say, ninja attire, for the night hunts. Plus, it would match the AR..... ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

Just this last Saturday we were watching a coyote in the thermals and all of the sudden i heard foot steps of a coyote running, he ran under the fence right in front of us and ended up scaring off the one we were watching! UGH!
We did end up with three Coyotes and saw around 15.
That is 30+ coyotes seen in 2 Saturday nights....We shot 5 males and 1 female, one of the males had mange and the others had their summer coats. Couldnt tell the pups from the adults for the most part, they are pretty big now.
Oh, and most of the stands i used my secret sound!
They were not reacting to the Pup Distress or Pup Screams......
