In the beginning when talking about vocals someone mentioned you need to stay away from useing warning barks.. Why???
Its just a warning bark telling other coyotes in a group something is not right or there is a threat in there area like a strange coyote not from the group. Its no more threatening than useing a challenge howl and can be used on certain stands in conjuction with other coyote vocals......

Well, hell, out of 6 episodes I'm glad that's what you took away from it Tim. LOL! If you watch all the episodes, you will see that we say we are giving you a "guideline" of what works for us, it may not work for you, we don't use the challenge howls/barks with much success but if you do, go for it and send us pics! We said in the video that we use it when a coyote challenges us, but most times they don't challenge us, they just run over us and we've already smacked them in the face with a load of pellets from the 12 gauge. We're not gonna give you a step for step method for killing coyotes because everyone knows nothing such exists, we just try to give some call demo's and some hunting examples of what works for us. Everything we show might not work in all situations, but it worked for us in that particular situation or it would't be up here. We are by far "not" experts, we just enjoying calling and killing predators and hope that someone might take away something from one of our video's that might help them call in a predator. These video's are certainly something we take pride in, but are just to show how "we" do it. We hope you enjoy it, they're free, and if you happen to not like them, you're not out of anything. Thanks everyone, more video's to come!

I only looked at three of them, one I saw twice somewhere else.. As for the one question thats all that caught by attension at the moument and the rest was pretty much text book so I skipped over it, Sorry....
In the one vid with the white sand how far was the coyote when it was shot with the shotty or was it shot with a rifle first, not sure???

I'm not sure what your first sentence means... but the hunt on the sand-bar on the river, it was all shotgun. Torry was calling and on shotgun and took both coyotes bout 40 yd's or so. Dave was running the camera. The forgot the tripod so the footage is a little shaky, but that's how it goes sometimes.

Yeah, episode 5. The coyote eats his own guts out as he spins, must've been a Marine.
Episode 1 is not available on mobile... Watched all the others, good stuff. [ December 03, 2012, 08:35 PM: Message edited by: Chris S ]

Chris S., yeah #1 isn't available on mobile because I used a song that was copyrighted in it. For some reason when you use a song in it, it's not available on mobile devices. I'm not computer smart enough to figure it out. Anyways, thanks for watching!
Also, Thanks Ursus, #7 just came out and I'll get that one up too.
Krustyklimber, I've check in every so often, just don't post much.

Jason,
My friends (and everybody else around here) just call me Krusty.
Virginia is an interesting place, very different than home... very cool seeing how y'all do it.
I won't get into the whole East-West debate, but I will say that land access is the biggest difference I see.
It's funny, depending on who you speak to, here, there's either plenty of coyotes or no coyotes at all, same goes for wild hogs.
If you ever need a cameraman, holler.
