Any word of predictions for the fur market this year?
Fox, Coyote and Bobcat specifically... For some reason the NAFA website isn't working for me....
Thanks.

Just some scattered chatter that it will trend upward, this year. I have my reasons for wishing it not so.

Alot depends on what happens in Europe the next couple of month's..

As of right now the western coyote market is looking real good if the coyotes are'nt all shot up, may see some 50.00 coyotes or better..
Northern Redfox is looking good also along with the coon which sold out this season.. Muskrats 3-6.00 or a little more, Badger is a hot item if taken later in the season and prime with full fur.. Cats are about the same as last year and a little less in some areas, too early to tell for cats.. Even the little white weasels are worth some easey money and worth going after...
Get those 17 cal.s cleaned up and ready to go.. [Cool]

From what I'm seeing, the Euro markets are in such a shambles that any increases in US wild furs will simply reflect the downward slide of the USD so although the prices may look better the spending power of each of those bucks is relatively unchanged from last year, if not less. I figure that if I can recover gas money, or "some" gas money, it's all good. I doubt that anyone will be getting rich.... again.
