GSPHA Eastern Idaho Chapter (EIC)
The GSPHA Corporate Administration would like to announce the formation of the Eastern Idaho Chapter of the GSPHA. (EGSPHA)
Corporate President Kevin Lukens has appointed an Eastern Idaho Chapter President.
Chance Rowley (yodelnator223), has accepted the position of the Eastern Idaho Chapter President. We would like to ask everyone to please take a minute and welcome Chance.
Initially the GSPHA will be based out of Pocatello, which is where Chance lives. He will be setting up a place to hold member meetings and a place to gather for check-in & weigh-in for the hunts.
Corporate Administration will be meeting with Chance in an effort to get him the information that he needs to get the Chapter up and running.
For information about joining GSPHA, you can contact Chance through this forum. Post your questions to Chance, and he can answer them here. Or you can contact us here at Corporate GSPHA.
You can go to our website to join the club. The address to our Membership page is: www.gspha.org
On the menu on the right hand side of the page click the “GSPHA Membership” button. There you will find a paper membership form you can “click & print” fill it out, and send your check or money order for the appropriate amount to the address on the form. For your convenience, we have included a PayPal “Pay Now” Button so that you can use your credit card to pay your membership dues.

A Great Start to our growing Coyote Calling Fun Hunt Sport!
We had a total of 11 teams for the fun hunt, a great line up for our first hunt.
We were excited to see and meet all of the great people that started this organization and help it continue to grow. Just to name a few, Kevin Lukens, Loren Lunsford, Harold Sieloff, Gary Mathews, and Brian “Cold nosed”-I didn’t catch his last name.
We had a great time at weigh in and at the BBQ; we heard great stories of individual hunts and the great country that we have had the pleasure of hunting on.
There were awards given out in addition to our winners. Brain received the “Life Time membership” award on a plaque, with a letter and certificate. Thank you, Brian for helping up keep this organization going.
A “Youth Hunt of the Year” was awarded to Garret Cook, he also received a great gift “Fox Pro along with a Sling made by Gary. Congrats Garret, keep it up, that is what we are all about getting the youth involved. Also awarded, was his father Jeff Cook.
Our two winners were Jase Vance and Nick Denny; they were the only team to bring in dogs. The big dog weighed 28.13lbs and little 24.07 lbs, we almost got skunked, and they walked in about 15 min to check in time.
We were all excited to see that somebody got something. We also had a raffle and everybody walked away with something.
We had hats, calculators, pens and cash prizes donated from Northern Title, and Cal Ranch donated some great items, and we also had Phoenix lumber donate gift certificates.
It was an overall good start for our first hunt of the year. Jase, and Nick walked away with the entire Big dog, little dog, and most dog prize money. Congrats guys keep up the hard work, and we hope to see you become members to our great organization.
Overall, we were happy with the end results and hope to bring in more members and youth
