I finally got one to stand still long enough for my wife to shoot. She's a good shot but it takes her a Looooong time to squeeze the trigger.
About 150 yard frontal chest shot. 204 Ruger.
He was pretty big too.

I asked her to do a fist pump for the camera, she said it's too cold and I had to wait until we got home... [Big Grin] [Eek!] [Razz]

Very Kewl. I wish I could get my wife interested.

Tell her if she will work on the endzone dance a bit, we may have a prostaff postition open. We gotta hire some females. You know, the equal opportunity thing..... [Big Grin]

Im not doing much calling. Trapping takes up too much time. And as long as those boys are enthused about it, Im going with the flow. Its good for them.

I already have one with Foxpro Andy. Been with them since the beginning. Besides... I can let rip with a decent fist pump once in awhile (should have seen me after I killed 5 out of 6 on one stand last winter), but I'm a piss poor leg humper (just ask Foxpro). But I do appreciate the offer!

Congrats to your wife Lungbuster, that looks like a dandy coyote. From the pics you've posted, you and your family is enjoying the winter-time Idaho coyote hunting. It's a fun way to spend a winter day that for sure.

Five out of six and you still think of yourself as an "Average" hunter? [Confused]

Thats a BIGAZZ FUGUN COYOTE!! Lungbuster Congrats to your wife. Been trying to get one of those lately ( coyote }, but I got a bum knee a friend said I have the kneesels only in one knee though I told him.

I started today working on a knew area on the opposite side of the canyon its a little higher climb but lots of tracks and good vistas looks promising I'll have to hit it again a little earlier, so I can make more than a couple of stands.

While I was up there I saw what was ruining my coyote hunting on the other side DAM SNOWMOBILES!! them sons of a bitches are noisy. They're just upsetting the whole coyote apple basket on that side. ENOUGH ALREADY !!

Good job again, now you just have to empower her to pull the trigger.
