So I read that whole post at PM in the e caller section. Cool pics by the way

You said you used a M1. It piqued my curiosity, so I went to the minaska site and there seems to be multiple variations. Some have one speaker, some two, some a long range. Some have a built in decoy, etc, etc.

Which one were you using? Just curious

That pic with you laying down and the coyote looking around the corner was very cool.

Geeze, Mule, when someone calls me Mr. Higgins I always think I'm in trouble.
We had a little fun with that thread.
We did get some great photos with this new Sony camera and we'll keep 'em coming. Tyler is much better with it than I am, but it's almost impossible to pry his butt out of bed at 4:00AM to go call in 110 degrees. We have the M1 Bandit and the Side Winder decoy. Two separate units . We got them individually so that we can use the sidewinder for cats on club hunts. (The club bans e-callers but permits electronic decoys)
The M1 Bandit is small enough to fit in a cargo pocket and loud enough for most applications.
We are going to get an Ultimate 1. The decoy and caller are integrated into one unit so that I only have to contend with the one instead of two separate units. Plus it has a large TOS speaker and increased volume which is a definite plus in many situations. The size and weight of the Ultimate is no more than the combined weight and size of the M1 Bandit and the Sidewinder.

Heath, I don't think we will be going out this weekend. Leonard is coming in on Fri and will go to the ATA Convention on Sat. He will likely be wanting to head for home on Sunday rather than get up early and sit on stand with only a camera. Bloodthirsty kids.
