Yes, looks like an elevated tail, all right. I like Wyman, he shoots a 22-250 Ackley! Have not heard from him in a while.

In one of Randy Anderson's tapes Calling All Coyotes, a coyote came in and was missed at close range. It not only lifted its tail above horizonal, but emptied a full bladder in 3 bounds. Spray everywhere....
