We finally got the entry form for this year's Antelope Eaters hunt done and it is attached (many thanks to Cindy Seff). Please feel free to send it to whomever you think would be interested in attending.

Last year, we had over 150 teams on this hunt and this year we are looking for more. With the rains we have finally got, this year we really need to help out the fawns by removing a few more coyotes from the landscape.

We are conducting a raffle again this year and the MSC is giving away a new Remington Model 700 rifle as the first prize. Last year, many of your conservation groups donated items that were given away as prizes to the hunters. I'm hoping that you will consider donating to us again this year.

I should tell you that the funds from this hunt is what we use to pay our membership fees in WCC and other conservation organizations we are affiliated with, and to pay for trip related expenses so that we can maintain a presence at G&F Commission and other important meetings during the year.

Any help you can give us will be greatly appreciated and I can pick up any donated items at the February WCC meeting if that works for your group.

Don Martin

If anyone is interested in an entry form. Just drop me an email at tbehle@theriver.com and I'll send one right back. This is a wonderful hunt, for a great cause, and I hope a few from this board can make it.

Tim

Edit: The hunt is being held March 05-06, 2005 in NW Arizona, around Seligman.

Hey Don, remember a team that spent most of the hunt at the "Black Cat" in a snow storm a few years back, Frank an Danny from Calif lol. Great hunt, we had a blast. Didn't kill nothing, but who cares when your having fun.....God Bless [Wink]

Danny,

You will be happy to know that the Black Cat is where to sign in as a late Registration, or buy the raffle tickets ( Lots of good prizes this year )

If you want to make another try at it. Let me know. I'd be proud to sign up with a great partner like you!
